Aurora does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE.

Aurora's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Aurora in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms:

  • With 30 days written notice for convenience
  • Immediately for material breach not cured within 15 days of notice
  • Immediately if required by law

Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease. You may export your data for 30 days following termination.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation
  2. Mediation in Zurich, Switzerland
  3. Arbitration under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration

15. Modifications
